Flavoured fish recipe

Hey everyone, I’ve been in the kitchen this evening and would like to share with you what I’ve made for dinner. From today, I will be Flavoured fishposting at least one recipe idea a week, here’s the first. This is one of my favourite fish dishes. A plate full of nutritional goodness with plenty of protein and healthy fats. ‘Flavoured fish’ What will I need? *Fish (Sea bass.) *Lemon juice (freshly squeezed.) *Cumin, coriander & black pepper. *Handful of spinach *Broccoli *1 avocado *Handful of cherry tomatoes What next? *Place the fish on tinfoil and on a tray suitable for the oven. *Pour the lemon juice over the fish. *Season the fish with the cumin, coriander & black pepper. *Cover with tin foil. *Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes until cooked. *Wash the spinach, broccoli and tomatoes. *Boil both the spinach and broccoli. *Chop up the tomatoes and peel the avocado before cutting into smaller pieces. *When fish is ready, place on plate with other ingredients and enjoy! smile emoticon
