Boot Camp 2016 start dates announced

My Boot Camp will continue in 2016 and the first block of 10 sessions running over five weeks will begin on Tuesday 5th January. I promise that this year, (our 3rd year) will be bigger & better than before!

New features will include……

*Regular nutrition support meetings at The Pistachios at The Park Cafe.

*A team event (a 5k fun run or something like that!)

*Track your progress (regular blood pressure checks, body measurements and fitness levels recorded.)

*Lots more NEW exercises and training methods (I have some really cool ideas!!)

Also, I’ll be keeping some of the popular current features Including….

*Social events throughout the year and an end of year Christmas party.

And much, much more!

Sandhurst Memorial Park, Tuesday & Thursday’s 7pm-8pm, all year round!
