Sweet potato & Chilli frittata with Feta image

You will need:

1 sweet potato
1 TBS coconut oil
1 green chilli
3 medium eggs
Small handful of fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
Handful of fresh rocket
50g feta cheese
Black pepper

(The above serves 3-4 people.)
