Hello everyone and welcome to the April edition of my monthly company newsletter. The idea of a regular newsletter is to keep you informed with everything I have been up to and any exciting news that I may have. I hope you find it a good read, enjoy!

This month has been my busiest of the year so far, I’ve welcomed five new personal training clients and two new boot camp members. I am very much looking forward to working with each of them. image

Boot Camp: 

Is buzzing! We’ve hit our highest attendances in two years and the atmosphere amongst the group is fantastic. By the summer I’m expecting 20 members at training. The group also recently enjoyed another social event which was a great success. Another delicious meal at The Raj Tandori in Sandhurst followed by a few quiet drinks at a local pub. My next five week course will start on Tuesday, 10th May. You are still more than welcome to join up now though! Simply drop me a message for more information. I would like to also wish on behalf of our group a good luck to Yvonne Cunningham who tomorrow takes on The 2016 London Marathon. It was only a few weeks ago that she completed the Cardiff half marathon. Yvonne, best of luck! image


I’ve stocked up on more kinesiology tape (ROCKTAPE.) This month, I’ve had the pleasure of taping many different people for a variety of challenging events. Reading half marathon, sprint triathlon and as mentioned above, Yvonne with her London Marathon challenge. Up and coming personal challenges:

With all the talk of half marathons and triathlons earlier in this letter, I’ll share with you my own personal challenges. This October I’m planning to complete the Great South Run in Portsmouth with a few of boot camp and personal training clients. Then next year I have in sight the Swansea half marathon. Now I’ve said this, I’m definitely going to have to sign up to both! Do you have any challenges, events or races that you are taking part in this year or next? To The Mumbles I go:

I’m posting this newsletter a week early as I’m heading off to the mountains of Wales (well South Wales so quite flat really) again next weekend for the bank holiday with the other half Jess so we can visit her family in the beautiful Mumbles. I’m hoping to get a few outdoor training sessions in while away so look out for the pictures on my official Facebook page. It really is a wonderful place. I hope you all have a great, relaxing weekend too, whatever you may be up to. image
