Hello everyone and welcome to the March edition of my monthly company newsletter. The idea of a regular newsletter is to keep you informed with everything I have been up to and any exciting news that I may have. Here is the 6th edition, I hope you find it a good read, enjoy!

I’d like to start of by wishing everyone a Happy Easter, I do hope you are all enjoying a break over this bank holiday weekend.

Wales: I have just returned from a 3 day trip to Wales. The visit began in The Mumbles, Swansea before heading north to the Brecon Beacons. The purpose of the trip was to climb the highest peak in South Wales, the Pen y Fan mountain, which stands a towering 886m above sea level. Halfway up the mountain the sun was shining (quite a shock for Wales) before the cold and wind arrived at the top. Along the way we also came across people running to the top and back down as well as a local chap who had driven half way up on the uneven path in a golf buggy type vehicle, he was doing some repair work to the path. Eventually we reached the top and were treated to some amazing views. The whole walk took around 2 and a half hours to complete. I walked the entire mountain trip in the comfort of my five finger vibrams.

Boot Camp: This coming Tuesday (29th March) will see the start of my next five week Boot Camp course at The Sandhurst Memorial Park. I run two sessions a week, Tuesday & Thursday 7pm-8pm. Members have the option to attend either the one session a week or both sessions. The two price options include £35 for five sessions or £70 for ten. My group is the most welcoming group of people you’ll meet, why not join what is more than just a boot camp! First session free. One members recent achievement is a total fat loss of 1 stone since early January.

FitSteps with Jess: New to Sandhurst, the ever popular dance fitness class ‘FitSteps’. Classes begin on 8th April at The Sandhurst Methodist Church, Scotland Hill, GU47 8JR. This class will be free of charge. Classes will be run by experienced dance choreographer Jessica Clark, a dance and drama teacher at The LVS Ascot and principal of the established KJ Theatre Arts, Yateley. Jess has a keen interest in fitness and promises a fun, safe and effective class each and every visit! Classes will be £5 per person or £45 for ten classes.



Personal Training: Announced a few weeks ago, I am now offering 30 minute personal training sessions. 1-1 sessions, £15 or train with a friend, £30 (£15 per person.) I offer a FREE initial consultation to anyone interested in any of my services.
