Introduction

Personal Training:

For those who want to focus purely on the exercise side of things but still receive a little nutritional support if and when needed. Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve your fitness, train for a sport or event or just generally keep the joints strong, then that will be our focus.

Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching:

This service is for anyone who needs a lot more support and focus on nutrition in order to achieve their goal. A course of sessions can be split between personal training sessions and also some dedicated nutrition coaching sessions which can take place at my studio or in the comfort of your own home.

Boot Camp:

Group training sessions which takes place twice a week outdoors. I do offer packages which can combine nutrition coaching and some personal training for those who would like that extra individual support.
