My job is to guide you to to your health and training goals in a safe, effective and enjoyable way. The journey begins with a thorough screening process that will allow me to understand what you wish to achieve as well as identify the key areas that will help me ensure your plan is safe for you. An in depth health check is all part of step 1.

As a client you are an individual meaning your plan of action is tailored to you. You may have the same goal as one of my other clients, or even do group personal training, either way,  your training and nutrition plan is created for you and you only. Everyone is different. Personal Training, the clue is in the name, personal!

Regular one to one catch ups are scheduled in to ensure you stay on track as well as giving us the opportunity to record your progress, meaning changes can be made if needed to guaranteestudio training we achieve what we set out to do. Goals are set, achievements are recognised, correct advice provided and motivation kept high.

The different way’s to train.

One to One Training: Working with myself on a one to one basis, I focus all my attention on you, guiding you through a tailored session plan specific to your training goals.

Partner Training: Train with a friend or family member and achieve your goals together under my supervision. The advantage of training with a friend can mean extra motivation, extra fun and also by making training more affordable by sharing the cost of each session.

Group Training: Experience a fun atmosphere training with a group of friends in a circuit training style session. The benefits being a fantastic price on training as well as an enjoyable and effective work out with a little friendly competition.

Boot Camp: Experience a fun and friendly group atmosphere while training alongside other people of all ages and abilities outdoors at The Sandhurst Memorial Park. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
