Personal Training:

  • Antony runs very professional training sessions. With his help, my fitness, strength and overall health has improved. Antony has supported me with my on going shoulder rehabilitation by using Rock Tape as well as providing suitable exercises to improve the strength and stability in my shoulder. He also helped me to run my first ever 10k run and even came along to  show his support at the event itself which was great. Antony has also come into my dance school on several occasions to run fitness classes for my junior & senior students which they have all found really enjoyable.  imageJessica Clark
  • If you are looking to start with a personal trainer, whatever your reasons are then I can highly recommend Antony. Sessions are fun and relaxed yet you know you’ve worked hard. He continuously adapts the work outs as you reach your goals so that you are always working towards the next level. I also like having an input in my training sessions as I am working towards specific events so I want to make sure I’m fully prepared for them. It also helps that Antony has competed in these events too so he can plan the right exercises and I feel confident I am always getting the best out of our sessions. Tricia Gomez

Boot Camp:

  • I would highly recommend these sessions to anyone. Each session is varied and aimed at all levels of fitness. Although you all work at your own pace, Antony and the fellow boot campers encourage each other to push themselves that little bit harder!   • “I joined boot camp in July 2016. I was really nervous but needn’t have worried. Everyone, without exceptionwas so welcoming and friendly. Anthony pushes you to do your best but without making it an unpleasant experience! I have noticed a big improvement in my muscle tone and general fitness level. I have never exercised outside as I feel the cold, so was only going to do the summer, but I have surprised myself by deciding to continue through the winter!! The sessions are all really good fun- well most of the time!! Heather Geeson
